Microwave-assisted Green Biosynthesis of Gold Nanoparticles from Eriobotrya Japonica Leaf Extract

In this study, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were synthesized following a bioreductive route using extract of Eriobotrya Japonica leaf. For the synthesis nanoparticles, firstly, leaves collected from Eastern Black Sea region (Akçaabat-TRABZON) in Turkey and dried. Secondly, 20 g dried sample was shaken 400 mL distilled water for 180 min. extracted laboratoary microwave device at 4 minutes, 600 W left cooling. Lastly, different volume leaf mixed with aqueous solution HAuCl4.3H2O (0,5 mM-2 mM ) then mixture heated power 90 various time intervals by household microwave. The reaction monitored Shimadzu UVP-1240 spectrophotometer light-yellow color changed to purple color, indicating formation AuNPs.
